    K urt Eichenwald’s article, “The Bible: So Misunderstood It’s a Sin,” published in Newsweek in January , got underneath most evangelical Christians’ skins and many others’ too. I personally was intrigued by the article’s title—I agreed with it! I also subscribe to .   All of them. Period The Bible is many things, among those, it is a historical document.
